Libraries of Oregon

Published on July 13, 2012

Built by the Oregon Sate Library with a coalition of public and academic libraries, Libraries of Oregon seeks to connect Oregonians with the libraries that serve their communities, as well as provide access to state-funded information resources.  Many Oregonians live in communities that do not have tax-funded libraries, but they now have an avenue to conduct research, chat with a librarian, and use job resources.  This website will be particularly useful if you are conducting local history research, doing schoolwork (especially for homeschoolers), looking for a job, conducting general academic research (looking for journal articles), or looking for free or open source reading material.  Check it out, and see what these resources can do for you!
