Elementary and middle school students are invited to create original works of art using rubber stamps with ink and various collage techniques at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at the Albany Carnegie Library, 302 Ferry Street SW. Artist Cheryl French will provide materials and instruction.
The workshop is part of the Wonderful Wednesday series of events at the Carnegie Library held on the second Wednesday afternoon of each month on Greater Albany Public Schools early-release days through May 2014. The series is intended to provide academic enrichment and promote student use of the historic Carnegie Library as it celebrates its 100th year of library services.
Wonderful Wednesday programs are free of charge and no registration is required. For more information, e-mail email@example.com or call 541-791-0015.
